She most recently helped guide The Blinds Boss to Company of the Year honors from the West Side Home Builders association. Sha values faith, family, and making a lasting impact through excellence in all she does.

Dutch Nelson, Owner and CEO of The Blinds Boss, brings over 20 years of leadership in automotive distribution and hospitality renovation, paired with a decade of Blinds Industry expertise to the company. Driven, detail-oriented, and dependable, he ensures smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. With a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Studies, Dutch values faith, family, and service. He thrives on transforming spaces, solving complex challenges, and leaving a legacy of gratitude, excellence, and love for Jesus.
