We had a great time meeting on-site in Franklin and getting to know the client’s vision for their space. During the visit, we talked through their design goals, how they want the room to feel, and what they need from their window treatments day to day. Together, we explored a variety of woven wood materials—looking at different colors, textures, and light-filtering options to find the perfect balance of style and function. We also walked through cordless and motorized options to make sure the shades will be as convenient as they are beautiful. After taking precise measurements, we discussed mount styles, control preferences, and all the finishing details to ensure everything will come together seamlessly. Next Steps: • Create a detailed, accurate quote based on the measurements taken • Present samples and finalize selections together • Schedule installation once everything is approved

I met with a new potential client in Franklin to walk through their space and talk through what they’re hoping to achieve with custom roller shades. We spent time looking at different fabrics, colors, textures, and light‑filtering options, and we also went over cordless and motorized upgrades so they could see what might fit their lifestyle best. I measured each window to make sure the pricing will be accurate, and we confirmed the mount style, control type, and overall look they prefer. From here, I’ll put together a detailed quote based on the verified measurements and then bring back samples and final selections for approval. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll get installation on the schedule. It was a great first meeting….lots of interest in custom roller shades and a strong opportunity to welcome a new Franklin customer.
